[Notice] Colawork Analytics App Release

Dear Community,

We are pleased to inform you that Colawork Analytics App has been released. This new web-based app provides real-time analytics data access to company administrators. Colawork Analytics app includes the following features:

Dashboard Summary & Monthly Trend

Colawork Analytics App allows company administrators to access various recognition data. Dashboard Summary provides overall usage data with insights that can be used to understand how Colawork is being used within the organization. (The recognition data is available for the administrator of the organization. Personal data access for regular members will be available in the future)

1. Number of Recognition Per Month
   You can check the total number of recognition exchanged and the average number of recognition per member during the month within the workplace.
2. Recognition Usage Rate
   See how many recognitions were used in a month (Total = 20 X number of members). If there are recognitions left, encourage team members to give more recognition.
3. Reward Points
   See how many reward points your members have earned in total. You can also view how much of the points have been used on a marketplace or exchanged for COLA tokens.
4. Price Plan
   You can check the current pricing plan your team is on.
5. Core Values Received
   You can find out how many recognitions were exchanged for which core values.
6. Day/Date/Time-based Recognition Usage
   Check out the recognition usage by day, date, and time. If the number of recognition increased during a specific time period, find out why.
7. Percentage of Inactive Users
   Find out which members did not recognize their fellow workers. Tell them to give recognition to bolster workplace culture.

Leaderboard

Leaderboard data display notable individuals within the organization. By accessing the leaderboard, administrators can learn who excels with which core values.

1. Top Recognition Giver
   See which member worked the hardest in order to make the workplace culture better. Learn which members surely know how to appreciate team members’ hard work.
2. Top Recognition Receiver
   See which member has received the most recognition among team members. Learn which members are the most valuable employees of the organization.
3. Leaderboard by Core Values
   All leaderboards can be filtered by the core values as well.

User Summary

User summary can be used to check on individuals’ data on how they used Colawork. You can learn individual usage trends and how each member interacts with other members.

1. Most Interactions
   See who a user most interacts with on Colawork. Learn which members are close, and which members are not.
2. Top Gainers
   You can check the users with the most increase in the number of recognitions received compared to the previous month.
3. Top Losers
   You can check the users with the most decrease in the number of recognitions received compared to the previous month.
